Before you download. 

AccStar requires the Microsoft .NET Framework, and runs on Windows  98/Me, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems. 

The .NET Framework may be installed as a web download. Note, the .NET Framework is installed by default on Windows Server 2003. It is also provided as a Windows 2000 and Windows XP update from the Windows Update Service.

Installation.  

While you’re installing AccStar will check for required components AccStar will link to the download place, if it needed. Please download and install it and reinstall AccStar again. You can avoid this by download AccStar with .NET Framework.
