 The Chart of Account Table is divided into 5 groups

 Balance Sheet Accounts

·        Asset

·        Liabilities

·        Capital

Profit and Loss Accounts

·        Revenue

·        Expense

 Tips:   

¨      You must create Group account before create Detail account. You can add unlimited sub accounts and unlimited levels.

¨      You may design Account Number by including Department code or Profit center code to allocate income or expense

 Note: We assume that you have basic knowledge of Accounting before using the system
